Hi Madeleine
I was looking at the breakfast recipe and noticed that you have 80g of oats - this seems a lot as I can just about fit in 40g, but I do eat little and often - having mid morning and mid afternoon snacks, which I see you don't have in the guides - is that better for you than having smaller meals and snacks.

This is how I eat breakfast up to 10am filling. Lunch 12-1 snack about 3 and dinner 6pm. That's enough to fill u up

Thank you for getting back to me, that's great and yes, I only tend to have a 4pm snack unless I've worked out in the morning which tends to make me a bit more hungry 😊.
I've been eating this way for a while but have found that I've put some weight on recently - have a feeling I've been eating too much 'healthy fat', I'm hoping the guides will help me to get the balance right! Thanks again!

The snacks will be after the lunch as the porridge and the lunch will fill u up then I can have afternoon snack. It's about portion sizing
