An exercise question...
I currently do 4 30-40 minute cardio/strength sessions per week plus 2 yoga videos now. Is this sort of in line with the workouts on the app as I am not following those (apart from the yoga)? Is 30 mins every other day enough?
I don't want to feel I'm spending my like exercising!
Any advice welcome 💚

It really depends on how intense your strength/cardio sessions are. I can really only vouch for the workouts on this program as I wrote them (and did them! - I can definitely vouch for their intensity!) The main thing is that you're enjoying your daily life and that you are happy - in the end, happiness will be the best glow. It's so great that your workouts now are also strength based so it's all completely up to you! ❤️❤️❤️

Most sessions are 45-48 mins long including warm up and cool down

Yes totally people are different we like to offer more so if you want to you can, I want this to be easy for you so if you want to cut back a little that is totally fine 😘 x
