any tips keeping the other half of avocado from turning brown the next day. Reason is I go to get the other half the next day is not very pleasant presentation to see.

Thanks I try he other suggestions that haven't used. Maybe the onion I stored in container with lemon juice and turned brown

Squeeze lemon juice or apple cider vinegar over the top and wrap in cling film and then put inside a lunch box, that works for me ☺️

i have an avocado saver, its a peice of plastic you put the leftover half with seed on and secure it down, works a treat, you could try plastic wrap or a touch of lemon juice

You need to keep the stone in the half you are keeping. I think it releases something to stop it browning.
