Portion sizes! I know this has come up last week in discussions but how is everyone finding it...?? I think they are big! I even started measuring everything out properly to make sure I wasn't just being greedy! I'm loving the programme and feel great inside but feeling very full and defo no weight loss (that would be a bonus for me but not why I'm doing the programme!) I haven't even needed the afternoon snacks some days !!! 🤔

Sweet thanks...I will stick at it, totally loving all the food I was just wondering as normally I'm a massive snacker but i havnt in two weeks! 😊

Hi HanBury, you are doing a lot of exercise so you do need it we had it all dietician approved and the meals are low cal and nutrient packed but if you want to eat less my all means do x

Normally portion size is my problem...I over eat easily! But doing this makes me think maybe not! Aghhhhh I will try reducing see how I feel! I'm so confused ! 🙈

Every time I see posts like this I feel so greedy! I'm not finding them too big, I haven't ever left anything and I feel satisfied , not stuffed or full.

I guess it depends what you are used to eating and how you have always eaten in the past.

It's 1400-1600 cals a day so reducing it might mean you are not eating enough in the day.....

I'm enjoying big portions tee hee! Especially spaghetti! 🙊Eating breakfast is making such a difference to my energy levels at work!
