Just looking at next weeks shopping list, any ideas what to swap the chicken for in the chicken soup ? Base of the soup is mainly veggie so easy to make without the meat , but still needs protein . Xx

Hello, you could substitute for protein rich chickpeas, lentils or quinoa - all are great sources of protein and will keep you feeling satisfied xx
