I see lots of people commenting on here about portion sizes and calories..... I really don't see what is confusing because surely the whole point of the Glow Guide is that Maddie with her wealth of knowledge, alongside expert nutritionists have worked out a HEALTHY plan for us....... I personally am loving not feeling deprived, hungry and miserable... Anyway just felt it had to be said!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜Š

I couldn't agree more! For once I don't feel hungry and am enjoying everything I eat and feeling 10 times better! I think Madelines got it spot on! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜€x

Well said!! Totally agree!! Worrying about portion sizes etc can get obsessive!! Enjoy the food! This is the best plan ever. As a long time sufferer of eating disorders, following this plan has been the first time ever I've not worried or obsessed about what I'm eating. It's so liberating!!๐Ÿ’š

I'm used to these portions. I live in America now , all dishes are huge! Hahahaha๐Ÿ˜‚ I'm exaggerating... Not all of them.
Anyway, I'm happy to have these healthy portions as it's keeping me full longer and I'm not snacking on all the cr@p that we have here at work. My leftovers today were phenomenal. I didn't get the 3pm sugar dip like I usually do. It's carried me through till dinner. Bravo I say!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

I agree it's a healthy plan, but everyone has a different caloric needs. The 1400-1600 calorie range won't suit all - some people will need less and some people will need more. If someone is used to eating small meals (whether aiming to lose weight or not) then I can understand why this plan may be a bit of a shock to them!

I completely agree. The recipes are so satisfying and I pretty much don't snack at all except for a piece of fruit or a date ball. Glad you're enjoying too xx
