Wow. I just smashed the wall that was holding me back from the work outs and got stuck in. It's not easy, I struggled with the warm up and got through 2 circuits before flopping. Was going to quit but picked up again at the core and got through all sets and held the plank fully for the final one! (mini goal unlocked*) After doing the meal plans and loving experimenting I realised my Glow Guides journey is going to be confidently nailing some of these moves! Little steps ...8 weeks. Pow! Now where's my breakfast!
