i feel exactly the same way! its been the buisiest most exhaustimg week and i have a cold so cant breathe enough for the workouts either! tomorrow is another day and we can start fresh and move forward!
Don't be disheartened babe, we all have those moments. Just keep going, I believe in you we can do this together 😘
Exactly! Nobody is perfect..I had some chips, or crisps as you call them in the Uk I think, this week..oops 😳 The most important thing is to get back on track after and not to beat yourself up about it! 😘😘
Don't feel guilty!! Life's for living. Don't beat yourself up about little slip ups. They happen to us all. Maybe try some yoga and a meditation as Dooks said :) you'll feel wonderful for it and your guilty thoughts will start to disappear 😘
I did a workout as have been avoiding and felt a lot better. It's a journey we are with you. why not do a meditation to reset and melt away negative thoughts ? 😘
