Good people, should I get my husband to hide my weighing scales? I keep getting on and off them worrying that I'm stalling already, regaining what I've lost blah, blah...Not positive or healthy. Time to refocus on the more body positive elements of the programme and ignore the weight loss issue?

Definitely hide them. Measure your success on how you feel. 😊

Hide them! I haven't weighed myself since I started and I feel so much better. It's about how you feel, not what the scales say, and if they're making you feel worse then hide them!! ☺️

Scales are the devil.......(but I can't put mine away) they make us elated and then demoralised as each day passes....I try not to go by the scales but.......
