For all of you beautiful glow getters asking me whether a Glow Guides Vegetarian plan will be available soon - yes I’m working on one for you which I hope will be available shortly. In the meantime you can substitute the meat meals for veggie ones - my girl jacqui has done and it and so can you: “All signed up and ready to GLOW! Can't wait for this. Haven't purchased the plan yet because I don't want to substitute. The thing that appeals to me is that the meal plans are written by professionals to be balanced etc so seems pointless to spend all that money and not actually follow it! Will purchase when the veggie plan is available though :)

Loving the plan, as a veggie I don't find it hard to substitute meat but am looking forward to a vegetarian one 😃

Hi Maddie 😀 I don't why I was slightly worried about starting. the guide. Your fantastic web page gives me extra ideas for substituting meat and fish and as I've found out, as well as your great plan, the support and the inspiration from all the GLOW girls/guys here is amazing! It's a beautiful thing to feel part of such a positive journey!💚

For those still thinking whether the app is worth it, don't hesitate. It's not an app, it's a guided lifestyle change. I've never followed a nutritional or exercise plan in my life but this is totally different. It's easy to follow, the exercises are fun, the yoga classes are amazing, I find meditation very useful and the meal plan (unlike most meals plans today) is easy to make, inexpensive and above all, it's not restrictive in any way!

Hey Madeleine! I'm vegetarian and I don't find it difficult to substitute the meals. In fact, it's very easy because most meals are vegetable based anyway.

Do you already know if the vegetarian plan will be free for those who already purchased the app or will it have a extra cost? Thanks!
PD: I cooked some of your meals for my husband who absolutely hates vegetables and now he's always looking for new recipes to try from your book. This is someone whose hadn't had a vegetable in 30 years. I owe you one.

I can't wait to see what the veggie plan will have! Like Jacqui said is completely doable still as a vegetarian. Today is my first day and I can't wait. Loving the community and interaction with everyone.
