Hi everyone, I'm finding that I'm fine and focused during the week what with the routine of going to work, keeping regular mealtimes and fitting in the exercises. It's the weekends I find difficult when I meet up with friends and time is slightly less 'structured', I tend to get tempted by wine and food i wouldn't usually go for during the week. Is anyone finding weekends difficult too? does anyone have any tips?

Hello lovely, I know weekends can be hard the key is to keep up the routine of getting up early. Try and get your exercise done in the morning and then it's done and you can go off feeling great and meet your friends. When eating out opt for simple things like fish of the day, salads and all natural mains! Hope that helps, let me know how you get on 😘
