I am currently 7 months into suffering with post viral syndrome and am desperate to recover! I am a big believer in being able to heal these types of illnesses through diet and would love to join your 8 week programme to really get me on the right track. However I know I wont be able to do the exercises due to the severity and nature of my illness. Would you recommend following the same food plan if you are unable to exercise alongside it? Any added tips for healing from post-viral?
