I have been really good with the munch part of the plan but not so great with the move. Gonna really commit this week, should I start from week 1 for exercise or can I start at week 3. What do the Glow squad think????

I would start from week one. I think the exercises are supposed to get harder? This way you can build up :)

I am only just starting tomorrow, but I would maybe start from week 1 exercises depending on your current fitness level...? x
