Hey glow girls! Are any of you vegetarian? I am and I'm just about to start my first week. I'm thinking of using chickpeas for tomorrow's recipes. I'm just curious for some tried and tested substitutes you may have used until the veggie version comes out.

Hey xnicolamurphyx! That was my thoughts also, plus I only very occasionally eat quorn products. The halloumi and tofu sound like a good idea also. Jacqui 👆🏽 suggested looking on Madeleine's website for veggie meal alternatives which is a good idea until the new plan comes out 😊

I am also veggie, I want to follow the same recipes, but not sure what is the healthiest substitute as quorn is still processed isn't it?! Im thinking of using halloumi and tofu in replacement... Im starting tomorrow too! Good luck girls X
