Warm water with lemon, grated ginger and a tsp of honey to start the day. I have been doing it for several weeks now and I am totally addicted to it. It is so warming and cleansing first thing in the morning. Not following the turmeric rice milk as I need to clean my liver but will be adding turmeric to my avocado toast and I will see how I can incorporate the cinnamon as it is such a great superfood. I might try it in my coconut water later today :)
