Hi I am thinking of purchasing the app I have looked at the meal plan for week one and have noticed there isn't
Any fruit .Are you not allowed fruit or is it just for week one?

Hey Kellie. The plan is nutritionally balanced so you don't need any extra fruit but if you want it then just stick to low sugar fruits like berries, kiwis or grapefruit xx

You can have fruit . It's just not in the recipes . I have fruit in between
