Help! Trying to make the sesame energy balls and the quantities seem to be way off- I have a bit gloopy mess which is impossible to roll into a ball 😐 any ideas on how to thicken my mixture up?? 🙈😳

Someone just said using it as a dip I had the same problem 🙈 I may well take some with an apple as a little extra I just don't want to waste it 😔😉

Eva, that is exactly like mine. I've actually left the mixture in my food processor as I have no idea what to do with it 😖 I followed the recipe and actually used one less tbsp of almond butter and of tahini, which is just as well as I guess it would have made it much worse. Don't want to get rid and start again as it was a lot of ingredients 🙊 tempted to put into little pots and eat with a spoon if I cant thicken 😳

Have u put enough tahini/almond butter in and food processed it long enough. 2nd time I've tried making date balls and this time got it perfect.

I've been the same. I have lots more than 10 and they are all a good size (bonus) I found slightly damp hands helps roll them. I did a few like that until my hands were covered then popped them in the sesame seeds. I used way more than the remaining 2tbsp.
