Hey Squad... A few of you have said that the almond balls are too gloopy so I double checked and you actually need x4 tbsp of tahini and x4 tbsp of almond butter. Sorry about that 😊 Please share and we'll get the recipe updated ASAP xxx

I am calling them my sesame splodges - luckily I was just short of the number of tbsp in original recipe!

I rescued mine by using half of the first mixture and blending with another 100g hazelnuts and a handful more almond flakes. Still a bit soft but managed 7 balls! Could this be down to the texture of the almond butter? Kept the other half of the mixture to have in oats or with apple 😁

Ok thanks Maddie...mmm you're right they do swell! I'd forgotten about that. I'll let u know if I try it, but might stick to the sesame seeds actually now you've reminded me of that! ❤️❤️

Hey Frances - you can if you want but I can't guarantee how they'll work 😁 Chia seeds are magic things that swell in size and release a kind of gel when soaked. Give it a go and let us know 😘
