Hey Glow Girls and Guys! It’s 3 days until you can access the full programme! I’ll be doing the plan with all of you, starting this Sunday (all the weeks in the programme run Sunday to Saturday), and in the meantime I’ve added the first week’s shopping list to the Preview Content folder, so you have time to prep :) Here is a sneak peek from one of the recipes for Week 3 - my delicious Miso Roasted Aubergine with Asian Spiced Salmon xxx

You can swap the egg recipes for the porridge or avo on toast ones x

Most meals are vegetarian and the meat/fish can be easily swapped out however we are launching a veggie meal plan at the end of the month x

Hey the meal plan is for one the recipes day serves 2 as its for your dinner and lunch the next day, so less washing up and more time enjoying life X

Hi Madeleine! Excited about the app launch. I have just had a look @ the week one menu and wondered what are good alternatives to the eggs for breakfast as I can't eat eggs. Thanks X

I'll have to pop it on my shopping list too. Just checking mainly the recipes are for 2people but made into lunch as well? does that make sence?
