Elouiseover 4 yearsHi Ladies, if I want to have my overnight oats warm, how long would you recommend heating them up for in the microwave? xxx5 comments,0 shares,1 likesElouiseover 4 yearsThanks ladies, how long do you heat up for? xxautieflipperover 4 yearsMadeleine soaks overnight and heats up. I like idea of berries melted awayjay-lincsover 4 yearsI still soak mine overnight and I warm them in the morning. Maddie said sailing them aids digestion. I also chuck the berries in frozen in the morning too. Lovely!Elouiseover 4 yearsAmazing! thank you so much, I've done the overnight ones now, I will try warming them up on my next breakfast :) xxIngridover 4 yearsI like them warm too but I will try the overnight soaking to compare. If you want them warm I would advise to not soak them overnight but place the oats and rice milk in a bowl in the morning, stir well, place in microwave at full power for 2 minutes, take out, stir well and add any other ingredient like the berries (would have to be fresh or unfrozen), cinnamon etc. (To work well 2 cups oats for 2 cups and a half milk or three otherwise it will be too dry - whatever the cup measurement you use, I use a very small espresso mug to measure mines and it is just the right quantity for me). I am not a big fan of the microwave though and instead using it you can also heat up the oats and milk in a small pan for a few minutes.
