Does anyone else find the 'saddle' pose in the Sunday stretch session impossible? Any tips on working my way towards it? ❤️

Today was the 1st time I managed it and that was me propped up with 6 cushions! I think it's one that will just take time x

I don't like the position either and find it rather uncomfortable!

Yes, I found it tricky too! Had to prop myself up with 5 pillows instead of 2! Hopefully we'll get better!!

I got stuck in week 1 and 2! My boyfriend had to pull me up!!!! I researched it on google. Loads and loads of pillows. Have a look on YouTube. I ended up with about 6 pillows and cushions! X

Yes exactly, with your knees on the outside of the pillow and lying back. Very tricky!

Is it the one where you have to reverse your back? I found that one particularly tricky! I guess it will improve with time
