Feeling it in the butt will require you to lift your hips super high AND tuck your butt under - so almost feel like you're rounding your lower back. If you arch your lower back (think sexy back) you will use your hamstring and your lower back and not your booty. Post your pics to the wall and I will give you personalised corrections. 🙋🏽🦄🙏🏾 Keep up the great work!

Emchandler this is amazing! It's actually perfect in fact. Try raising your heel on the edge of a low step or couch, or even a yoga block. Is this the first time you've done this exercise? Sometimes it can take some time for you to feel it as the muscle fibres in the Glute still need to grow. Otherwise it's absolutely PERFECT!

Amazing Zoe! The last set is always a killer! Especially when the last exercise is either a burpee or mountain climber! Xx

I just started today, I was feeling particularly energetic so swapped my Sunday stretch for workout A. I loved it, it did beat me in the last set though (this time) but I felt great after. Well done on this great workout!
