The Glow Guiids are marketed as a transformational program. for those of us having to swap out ingredients eg, no meat , veggie or just fish, how will this effect the program as you say all the meal are dietitian approved .
The same question for the exercise program, someone who has back issues having to leave out certain exercises, might not end up with the same result .
Has the program been targeted to a certain age group ?

Do you ever struggle sharing the same meal with your boyfriend or do you have the same taste / eat the same food?
I am wary of trying to include my BF in some of the new recipes I cook, but so far he is not that interested. As the plan is for 8 weeks I don't want us to be too disconnected, for me sharing a meal together is still important

I'm working so late everyday,so my normal dinner time is 23:30 pm. As I try togo to bed early,which means for me earliest 0:30 it's a struggle for me to find a good time for my dinner,to not feeling so full at bedtime...would you suggest a smaller portionfor dinner or eating earlier during work and just have a snack before bedtime like turmeric milk or hot chocolate? Would be very thankful for advice😊😘

IBS - could oats trigger IBS. I believe my trigger for my recent bout could be the oats as I am having porridge everyday. Is this possible?

For those of us who don't eat meat (I only eat fish), what would be best to replace beef and chicken? I'm afraid of adding beans and tofu (especially in recipes that already have chickpeas, etc) because of all the extra carbs!!

Why do we use rice milk over others? Also if I do not want to loose weight can I add in healthy carbs as a lot of meals have barely any carbs in eg tonight's dinner? X
