woke up with the beginnings of a cold 😳. feeling very sorry for my self just want to sleep. Any tips guys?

I don't know if you have the glow book but defo worth getting and Madeleine's cold buster in it really helped me - garlic, whole cloves, ginger honey and hot water 🙌🏻

If you've got a blender I swear by a smoothie with pineapple, banana, spinach, coconut milk and a little dash of Manuka honey and a squeeze of lime.
Also try a hot lemon and Manuka honey drink, with fresh ginger and a green tea bag popped in.
Rest when you can, drink fluids and stay warm. Feel better soon. 😘
