Forgot to take a picture but wanted to say the flavours of the marinated salmon with tahini, coconut oil, mustard (and... something else that I forgot) were amazing. Very delicious and I enjoyed the sprinkle of sesame seeds and chilli. I usually cook the salmon in a papillote with lemon and fennel seed; this recipe is now a great alternative. Big thumbs up! I'm glad I'll have to enjoy it again for lunch tomorrow 😎
