I am starting the plan on Sunday would it be ok to swap the date and Almond ball snack for some fruit instead as I have a really sweet tooth and once I have one ball I will want more and then just crave them .only asking as I love dates and once I start I just can't stop so I am better off not having any then I don't miss them if that makes sense 🍎🍌🍇

I ate all mine in 24 hours 🙌🏼😁 They are way to nice! So am not making any more Lol....I can't be trusted!

I have fruit in between . The ball helps with cravings as its got cinnamon looking through the programme it is trying to gradually seen us off sugar so we don't get a big withdrawal
