I'm really struggling trying to fit in the exercises and find it really hard to push myself at home. The thought of the 4 circuits is putting me off! Is it just me??? I'm loving everything else but might have to stick to running and body pump which I know works and makes me feel great!!! Is that ok???
Lunch today was the roasted baby gems with avacado and toasted pumpkin seeds - again- love this recipe!!!💚💚

Mornings not an options for me as I already get up at 5am. 😩 Off to attempt yoga now!

It's so hard!! Perhaps try the morning 3 days a week rather than every day to start and build up? I'm trying to do the yoga in the morns, but have to reserve evening times for the work out as my body just can't cope with cardio befor 9am!!

I am in the sams boat ...feeling exhausted this week... I just dont have the time or energy for all workouts..so i stick to 2 exerciseaans 2 yogas a week

I'm struggling as well, to be honest. I have a 3 hour window in the evenings from getting home to going to bed and I've to fit in the workout and cooking/eating dinner. No time to sit down and relax! The rush isn't very motivating - plus I'm tired from the day!
