Hi everyone, I'm loving the programme so far and woke up today (day 3) feeling great and not bloated like usual, so my tummy feels flatter..yay! The only problem is this afternoon I have been hit with intense sugar cravings, it's all I can think about! What can I do? Am I allowed a diet drink (Diet Pepsi) to get that sweet hit or is that banned? Help! 😩

Or Apple and nut butter
Medjool dates & almond butter are good but just swapping refined sugar with fruit sugars so I'm not sure if that's a good thing??
Thanks guys! I have just finished the yoga and mediation and all my anxiety (I think due to withdrawal from sugar!) that I was feeling has gone & Iv just checked on here and seen the lovely & helpful replies, so thank you very much. I'm sure the sugar cravings will diminish if I can stay strong. Thanks Madeleine for your comment aswell x😊
Maybe a smoothie or a fresh juice? The plan is awesome x
Have you got coconut water? Try to switch to that or sparkling water. I used to be addicted to diet drinks but cannot go near them now as they just taste toxic. In time if you stick hard to it I think you'll find that artificial sweet things just taste nasty.
Try not to go for the diet drinks as these are full of additives. Fizzy water is a great alternative and liquorice tea xx
I was like that but it passes in a few days and then you are free from the sugar cravings X
Have you had your energy ball as the dates should give you a nice boost x
Thank you! The sparkling water is a good idea 👍 I have never hear of Chromium so will look it up. I'm just slumping badly now!
U can have sparkling water that is like diet drinks but healthier
I find chromium helps my sugar cravings
