Massive set back, had braces fitted this morning, can't chew 😬😬, just blended a Almond snack Ball with rice milk , surprisingly nice .!!
Need a fabulous soup for the next few days, any ideas ? 😘😘

I recently had braces fitted too and my top tip is to just cut your food up really small. It actually helps you to think, slow down and chew your food which made me feel full very quickly! Also I've found most of the recipes are bite sized food anyway 😄Good luck xx

Look at Get the Glow book. Lots of lovely soups and all easy and quick to make. Tomato and lentil store cupboard ingredients. Also go for it with smoothies. My favourite is banana, half an avocado, almond milk, tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp cacao and 3 dates. Super yummy and tastes like choc caramel milkshake. Yummeeeee 😘
