I train with a trainer most days who tracks my body fat as a better measure but that is gone up too so it's not even muscle gainjay-lincsover 2 yearsNot enough :-/ 3lb the first week but nothing the second. I know it's not a weight loss plan as such but I want to lose weight as I have a stone to lose and at 1400-1600 cals a day, plus exercise, it should be dropping off!!
