So how much weight has everyone lost so far?

That's the thing, surely we should gain? Cals in vs cals out??

As I said, I know it's not weight loss plan and I am really really feeling all the other glow benefits , but shouldn't weight loss happen?

That's reassuring I have gained in the first week and am on track to do the same this week. I train with a trainer most days who tracks my body fat as a better measure but that is gone up too so it's not even muscle gain

Not enough :-/
3lb the first week but nothing the second. I know it's not a weight loss plan as such but I want to lose weight as I have a stone to lose and at 1400-1600 cals a day, plus exercise, it should be dropping off!!
