Hi, payday for me tomorrow so i'm thinking about getting the full program, struggling with a foot injury so i cant do the exercise but the pics of the food i've seen all looks amazing!! Only thing is I really dislike eggs. is there many recipes with them or can i swap those meals out?

Hello lovely and welcome!! So pleased you're thinking of buying the programme it's so worth it - you'll get a nutritionist, personal trainer and life coach all in one!! You can focus on prepping and cooking the meals while you're foot is recovering. Yes I have put eggs in the recipes but you ca n substitute these for the other breakfast recipes and add nuts and seeds for the protein xx
