Im currently on week 1 day 4 and so far I'm loving the plan, I feel good and my usual 3pm slumps are going. As someone who has a big sweet tooth I have not had any sugar cravings, which is unreal and I'm not even missing it. I have noticed the past few days I have felt a little bloated though, had anyone else experienced this?

I'm on week one too, I'm feeling bloated and had terrible stomach ache on Tuesday night but I'm determined to keep going, I'm sure I'll feel better soon x

Hey Chelsea! Have you tried sipping peppermint tea? I find that really helps my sweet cravings, the teapigs mint tea is particularly sweet compared to other brands. Also I will have a date or two with it, so far this is doing the trick for me 😊 x

I'm on week one also and have been bloated these past few days. I'm certainly feeling better apart from that so was thinking the same that it's just my body getting used to the change X

Hey babe, your body is probably just adjusting to the change in diet it should ease up! If not try some lemon, ginger and turmeric all great for digestion xx

Also, I read that kale makes you bloat unless it's cooked. In my case I have to cook it for I get than 3-5 minutes for me not to feel bloated.

Of you're not used to this amount of veggies, it's normal. Make sure you eat slowly and chew your food!

I was the same nearing the end of week 1, Zoe. I think it's just the change in diet and having a lot more veggies than your body is maybe used to. I'm mid way through week 2 and feeling less heavy and sluggish. Hopefully if you give it time it will sort itself out x
