Since cutting out soya because I also discovered I had soya intolerance my symptoms improved. Before I was only gluten and dairy intolerant but after reading get the flow and getting rid of soy it's made a difference. No more bloating, excessive gas. I'm so happy despite my dietician doesn't care if I cant have soya I ignored her and listed to Madeleine and made a difference
