Hi Madeline, I was just wondering if I can do the exercises in the morning on a Monday and how long they take? I don't have much free time in the evening, I get home from work and go out coaching an hour later so only just have time to eat. I then don't get back till about 9 which is a bit late to start exercise. If you could let me know that'd be great thanks. Really looking forward to starting this! X

Yes the idea is you do them in the morning, 40minutes is all it takes 😘
