As it’s national breakfast week, let’s chat Glow Guides breakfasts! People often tell me that they struggle to eat healthy in the morning because they just don’t have time for a proper breakfast - which is when they reach for unhealthy snacks and breakfast bars. There’s plenty of my fave overnight oats in the meal plans that you make when you get back from work the night before, including berry and cinnamon flavour, and warming overnight oats with toasted pumpkin seeds and stewed apples. In the morning all you need to do is pop in your bag and take to work! I’ve really tried to make healthy eating as easy as possible! What’s your favourite breakfast been? Comment below xxx

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and I never miss it! I love my oats ( either in porridge it as overnight oats) and they make a big part in my marathon training breakfasts... I love eggs too either scrambled, poached or in omelette. I love smoothies on test days and in the warmer months as they are so refreshing. I live buckwheat pancakes at the weekend when my children request them and we have lots of fun making them... I can very easily miss lunch or dinner but never will I miss my breakfast!!!

With you on that DariaN! Advocado on rye is my new fav. Also pretty much any of the porridges. The stewed Apple one was amazing. I do warm them tho. I feel you need to on these cold winter mornings. Might be different in the summer...... Then again 😜😜

Avocado on rye bread. Poached eggs on rye bread. Basically anything on rye.

I loved the stewed apples and am now obsessed with rye bread! I brought one with pumpkin seeds in too - never having normal bread again!

I love a cup of Tea Box Tummy Rub tea to start the morning then in the winter yummy porridge or avacado on toast.

Can't wait to start on Sunday !! Never been so excited about a new way of eating xx

The overnight oats and berries. You can have it hot or cold and change it up with different kinds of berries. Plus I can make it the night before and take it to go in the morning👍🏻🤗
