Hi. I'm on day 5 and Iv got to admit I'm really struggling 😔 I'm not hungry, the food is amazingly filling but I'm super depressed, keep bursting into tears, can't think properly and I'm finding the workouts really hardcore. Last night I couldn't sleep as my hips were so painful and my shoulders hurt from day 1 workout onwards. Iv also had (hate saying this) diarrhoea since day 2. I'm not fit, obviously but I feel super unfit now after seeing what is expected of me! Am I just very unhealthy or is anyone finding this as tough as me? I'm determined to stick to it as this plan seems so good but my body isn't helping me.
