So I stress ate pretty much the entire week. I was doing so well too. Week 3 proved to be the hardest - school coupled with work got the best of me. BUT 😉 I got home and made a smoothie - prepped breakfast and lunch for tomorrow and did week 1's workout A with a weighted vest. It completely centered me - and now I'm ready for bed. I know there are a few of you who might work in the medical field - a little off topic but how do you deal with the stress?! I'm going to lean heavily on the workouts, especially yoga (love it). I hope everyone had an amazing week 3 ❤️

Not medical but work in social care and work in a challenging service with funky shift patterns. Not sure how it's going to go when I go back... Fingers crossed

You're doing so well babe! Keep going and stay strong and focused. The yoga and meditation will help with stress so just try and focus on them and stay in the moment xx
