I decided to step on the scale today after almost 3 weeks of the Glow Guides and I was stunned! I lost 12 pounds! I have had a really hard time staying consistent the past two years working from home and this program has been the greatest jump start to healthy living. The recipes have been amazing, and the workouts and yoga are all really fun. I can genuinely say I will keep up this lifestyle change after the eight weeks are through.
