Just brought the guide! So excited! Two quick questions. Firstly how long does it take to see results? And secondly can you switch rice milk for almond milk? ❤️

Hi! I'm into week 3 now and already seeing results - my jeans fasten easily now without me having to jiggle into them! And I watched one of Madeleine's live streams where she said you could swap out rice milk and use almond - I think she said rice milk is sweeter but almond is slightly better for you. Enjoy the programme! 😊 x

I also use coconut milk it's fine just use the unsweetened version
