Just me or does support and interest in the plan seem to be decreasing?

I am still here! Following the plan and workouts (mostly). I have been trying to be on my phone less lately which is why I haven't been posting as much. I will try to post at least once a day next week 🙂

Not expecting a 'crash diet' but only lost 1lb in first 2 weeks and just felt that for me there were too many calories to lose any weight! Plan is sound, healthy but fat content just too high for me personally..... I exercise 4 times a week not every day so as I say a few tweeks this week and now back on track!!! Not expecting miracles but on top of a full time job and 4 lots of excercise and the prepping and cooking I do want to see results!

Hey Girls! Very surprised to hear you saying this...I'm noticing real results but then I am doing either a yoga or a workout every single day, which I have never done before. Transformation takes time though, be kind to yourselves and know you're setting up good habits for life - this is not a quick fix. Crash diets help you shed lots of weight but they aren't healthy or sustainable. Stick with it and be positive 😍

Weighed myself this morning lost 2lbs this week ..... Tweaked the plan a bit with less oil, nuts and substituted soup and salads for the lunches and hey presto !!!!! Think the plan is fabulous but you have to find a way to make it work for you😄

Did I hear Maddy say the the food is linked to the exercise program, I haven't followed exercise 100% but have with the food, although I have adjusted portion sizes . I haven't weighed myself , clothes are looser , but to be honest by week 3 I thought I would have had a better result, still feeling bloated too ... Let's see what week 4 brings . Chin up everyone, keep Glowing . Xxx

Morning everyone!
I feel bad I haven't been as supportive as usual.
I've had the week from hell. And I'm feeling a bit deflated myself today. Maybe because my entire body hurts! 😔 and I know it's not from the work outs but the physical and mental stress I have to put up with every day I go to work. 😞🙁
I seriously feel as though I've been run over by a bus.
And as for the plan, yes I'm eating better and trying to take care of myself, but I would like to see the scales move a little! And I know it's not about the numbers... Hopefully week 4 will do something.

I agree with sharon73! I've had my husband hide the scales and I've dug out my old dressmakers tape measure.

maybe measure instead of weigh? you said you feel thinner so if you keep a note of these changes then you'll get the positivity back??

Hey girls! Don't worry too much about the scales,this happens maybe,because muscles are naturally havier than fat,.so even if you lost an amount on body fat,you won't see the scales going down,because simply the muscles you built on the workouts during the last three weeks are heavier ✌🏻️

It really is hard not to look at the number on the scales (comes from years at fat club girls!!) but I'm feeling all the other fabulous glow benefits 😊

Great you are feeling fabulous! Don't focus on scales but how you feel!! That's far more important 😘

Jay above is my buddy...... I am trying to remain enthusiastic but having to 'tweek' things a bit because just not losing weight.... Didnt want to seem anti-glow because am feeling fabulous and thinner but the scales aren't budging which i find disappointing.... I know scales aren't everything but over 3 weeks i had hoped for better results!!

I'm with you Jenny Quinn. I follow the principles of the plan but again I do not follow religiously. I find I can't eat beans and legumes and work better with lean meat or fish so quite a few meals I sub for my own healthy recipe. I also do my one gym stuff so not the app workouts. It does seem people are not posting as much now X

I think we each need to get out of the plan what we want and not beat ourselves up if we don't stick to it 100%! Life's for living too.
I think it would just have great to see more support on here each day. Sort of feels it was a novelty and now it's wearing off...

I feel like I witter a lot! I'm having to play with the program a bit when I have guests or unadventurous eaters staying but I've tried to stick to recipes within the program or at least by Madeleine. I've not been exercising this week because I've been ill:-(

I haven't done the workouts as I go to the gym but I like the yoga ...
I did also feel like I was the only one actively trying to lose weight (other than my fellow glow buddy on here)...and struggled when the scales didn't budge so kind of kept a lower profile!!!

I can't follow it 100%. But I like to live by the 70:30 rule!!😀
