Hi ladies, I'm thinking of signing up as really want to get healthy but I've got lots of birthdays coming up in the next few weeks. Do you think it'd be OK to start the programme now and have a few cheat days or is it better to wait until afterwards? I'd love to hear from anyone who's been in the same situation! Thanks x

Totally agree with others, this is not a rigid diet, it is educating your mind and body to a different approach to life...😊

Thanks for all the advice - I guess if I wait for that "perfect" week to start (when work isn't too busy, no weekend plans etc) I could be waiting a long time! So...I've decided to sign up and start this Sunday! Excited/nervous! 😁

Anyway, it's good to know that the occasional treat day is ok - I just need to watch what I drink at the birthdays otherwise it's pretty likely I'll end up inhaling junk food the day after!! X

Totally agree with Jen!! You need to allow yourself treat! Don't restrict yourself it's not a diet. Make the plan work for you xx

I would sign up now, treat days should be embraced. You should allow them every now and again and enjoy them and then get back to healthy ways the next day. Otherwise you would end up becoming very socially isolated and never allow yourself to indulge. Go for it. Hope you enjoy the programme as well as the birthdays 😘
