Hey! Quick question, I didn't have time to go grocery shopping yesterday I'm heading out today, so technically I'll be starting in mid week... That won't affect anything right?

I've just signed up and brought my weekly shop! I commute to work in the week which takes about an hour and a half each way so worried I won't be able to keep on top of it all! Does anyone have any tips?? :)

It's a great plan and you will feel the benefits really quickly. Keep plenty of water and maybe some menthol balm close by for the first couple of days as you are likely to get a bit headachy from the caffeine / sugar withdrawals. Watch the demo exercises through oh and don't be put off by the warm ups, that's the worst bit of the workouts!!!

Newbies will be surprised by how how nourished they will feel. No skimpy portions just lots and lots of good things:-) The workouts are challenging but they are doable. Expect good things:-)
