End of week two I decided to give myself a treat so I went out last night and had quite a lot to drink, which I now thoroughly regret! Not because it's not part of the plan or anything, but because it flared up my IBS so much 😢 It seems to be worse than normal, maybe because my body isn't used to alcohol after not drinking anything for the past month? I would appreciate some advice if anyone else suffers from the same problem? Are there any drinks that don't have as much of an effect of IBS?
