Ladies of the northern hemisphere! Particularly those super unicorns battling through my workouts! Don't forget hydration! Get creative! It's cold, so cold water isn't that tempting! This here is a fresh mint tea - I keep it next to me at all times. It can be a more interesting and motivating way to stay hydrated in this cold. Here I am trying to get through emails post workout - I'm struggling to type from tired muscles! Haha! 🙏🏾
