Well, I'm on week 1 and have been putting off workout A & B all week, as I've been absolutely dreading it (sorry Shona!). I'm a 'larger lady' with a lot of weight to lose, so thought it would be impossible for me to do. However, this morning I thought it was time to brave it, and I'm so glad I did. I haven't got a hope in hell of doing a decent push up or burpee at the moment, and I nearly gave up after the second set, but I stuck with it, gave all the moves a good go and my fitbit proves I definitely got my heart pumping! I feel absolutely knackered but strangely energised at the same time! I'm not going to be afraid of it next week!
