Signed up and ready to start tomorrow. As someone who has struggled with their mental health I am intrigued to see what eating healthy, exercise and meditation can do to help. Any tips very much appreciated.

Yoga and meditation saved me a few years ago. Maddies meditations are great, very positive, but I've found guided breathing meditations very helpful in the past. It's amazing how breath work can change things!
