I'm feeling a bit blue today 🙁
The last 2 weeks at work have been horrendous and today I'm really feeling the extent of the physical and emotional stress I put my body through. My whole body hurts. Not to mention the minging headache I woke up with.
And despite sticking with the glow guide the best I could, I admit I may have had a bit of one of the donuts yesterday and 2 glasses of red wine with dinner... I just don't feel as healthy and energised as I did on week 1.
I'm feeling deflated and a bit of a failure actually. My clothes are just as tight and the scales haven't budged. And I know it's not about the numbers and all about how you feel on the inside.. Well i don't feel very good on the inside today.
