I am currently studying at IIN and this project is perfect for me to complete the school program! I will start to workout more and cook some new recipes. So so excited to start ! I would like to cook dinner for my family and still have leftovers for my lunch. Not counting my 13 months baby boy we are 3. Shall I double or triple the quantities indicated ? Thank you Madeleine. I'm just looking forward to getting fitter and healthier especially when I need to loose weight for my bridesmaid dress!! Hopefully I will be able to continue after the 8 weeks x

I am so excited about this programme as I finally being able to take care of me and my body for a change...

I have been feeling very low in the past 3 months and I want to make a major change in my life.

I hope to be able follow it through for the 8 full weeks and I really hope that this will help lift my spirit up,and make me feel like the old me again.
