So I've been a bit slack on the exercise and yoga this week but I've just done two back to back workouts in an attempt to make up for it. Just wondering if anyone has any tips for sweaty hands on the yoga mat? ✌ Xx

I've used it for yoga as well because I, too, slip and slide on my mat.

YES. There's a product called DryHands - it's essentially liquid chalk, I use it in pole dancing class 😜. Google it!

I use yoga mat towels

I tend to pick them up from TK Maxx when they're in stock as they're cheaper, but they're available all over inc eBay and Amazon too. Just remember to wash them without fabric conditioner!

I find washing them with a non moisturising soap beforehand helps as the least bit of moisturiser etc from even hours causes problems when I work up some heat!

My sister does piyo and has the same problem. A towel handy is the only thing she recommends. 👐 awesome getting to workouts in but rest up now hun otherwise you'll be shattered xxx
