yoga is as challenging as you want it. listen to your body. you wanna feel it but not feel any pain. if it's too easy relax into the pose more fully. It will help you strengthen your body, try think about how you are doing it and what muscles you are activating. Sunday stretchy yoga is more about relaxation and being mindful. x
